Product Engagement
Transforming a complex logistics platform into a product users wanted to spend time in.
Product engagement isn't improved through prettier dashboards, it comes from making information easier to understand, workflows easier to complete, and decisions easier to make.
While leading Product Design at FlavorCloud, I redesigned key areas of the platform with a focus on usability, information architecture, and user workflows, resulting in a significant increase in average engagement time.
The platform exposed a tremendous amount of operational data, but users often struggled to understand where to focus next. The opportunity wasn't adding more features, it was reducing friction, improving clarity, and creating workflows that encouraged exploration instead of abandonment.
Solution
Interviewed stakeholders, analyzed workflows, and identified the highest-friction experiences before proposing solutions.
Reorganized complex interactions into predictable, step-by-step experiences that reduced cognitive load.
Used visual hierarchy, progressive disclosure and information architecture to surface what mattered first.

Results
Rather than focusing solely on visual polish, the redesign centered around improving user understanding, reducing friction, and making the platform easier to navigate.
The result was significantly longer engagement sessions and a stronger overall product experience.
Leadership
Whether modernizing an existing platform or creating a product from the ground up, I focus on measurable improvements that drive adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
